I accept payment through a credit or debit card. Most FSA or HSA cards can be used for therapy services as well.
I partner with clients who are seeking the highest degree of privacy and choice in their providers and for that reason do not accept insurance as a form of payment. I would be happy to provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to submit a superbill or an out-of-network provider claim form.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.

Faith and therapy don't have to be separate and can in majority of cases be complimentary to one another. For many people, their relationship with God is one of their greatest sources of strength, hope, and meaning. When a client desires, therapy can thoughtfully integrate your Christian faith while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychological care.
As a Catholic therapist, I use proven therapeutic approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based interventions to address concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. If faith is important to you, we can also incorporate Christian beliefs and practices into our work together in ways that feel natural and meaningful.
This can include exploring how your faith influences your experiences, drawing on Scripture, discussing Church teachings as they relate to your concerns, incorporating prayer when appropriate and requested, or identifying spiritual practices that support your emotional well-being. Faith is never something that will be imposed by your therapist, rather, it is integrated at the level that feels most helpful and most comfortable for you.
My goal is to honor you as a whole person; mind, body, and soul, while providing compassionate, professional care rooted in both sound clinical practice and the richness of spirituality.

Our first session is focused on getting to know one another, giving you time to share your story, understanding your concerns and current stressors, discussing goals, and answering questions you may have. There is so much beautiful work to get done and I am always so honored whenever clients choose me to make that journey of change alongside them.

The relationship between you and your therapist is one of the strongest predictors of meaningful growth and lasting change in therapy. That's why it's so important to work with someone you feel comfortable with, understood by, and able to trust.
One of the best ways to determine whether we're a good match is to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. During this conversation, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, answer any questions you may have, and explore whether my practice is the right place to support your goals.
If I believe another therapist would be better suited to your specific needs, I'm happy to connect you with one of my trusted colleagues so you receive the care that's best for you.
