Meet Zelfa Marie Harb, LMFT

Owner and Psychotherapist.

We are meant for relationships, but relationships can be challenging. I want to accompany you on whatever journey you are on to help you feel and know you have someone in your corner that is empathetic. understanding and compassionate while also being honest and truthful. I know life can be overwhelming and we can feel so stuck at times, but I don’t want you to have to go through it alone.

We are made for more. I believe that God has created us all for a purpose and on purpose, and we are therefore called to live our lives aiming towards this higher purpose. This can look differently for everyone and my genuine passion includes helping clients on their way to identifying, pursuing, and finding fulfillment and joy in their purpose.

My Approach

I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate relationship dynamics, major life transitions, and the pursuit of meaningful personal growth. My goal is for clients to feel genuinely supported by a therapist who is empathetic, nonjudgmental, collaborative, and skilled.

I seek to meet my client’s needs where they are through the use of various evidence-based practices, mainly integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In our time together, we’ll focus on building emotional awareness, creating stability, and helping you clearly express your needs and desires in relationships within a safe, supportive space. Creating goals together will be a valuable part of the process as we navigate current life challenges and move toward a more positive future. My aim is to help you feel reconnected, empowered, and confident in your ability to create lasting change.

My Statement of Faith as a Christian Therapist

I believe each and every person is created in the image of God and called to holiness, wholeness, goodness, and peace. Healing involves the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—and is best nurtured through both professional, evidence-based psychological care and the wisdom of faith. In my practice, I seek to integrate sound clinical approaches with the richness of faith teaching and Scripture as it is fit for each client. While my approach draws from Catholic and Christian values, I recognize and respect the individuality and autonomy of each client. I strive to create a safe and supportive space for people of all backgrounds, honoring their personal faith, values, and hopes for growth.
